Feel free to use this one if you like it, as long as it's just for personal use (like forums, DA, Livejournal...). I have seen some lame people resell my stuff as own creation, that's why I have to mention this here.

The background and movement (each on a seperate layer) are done with Photoshop 6, the animation is done with Imageready and the rays with Animation Shop.

I wish I could figure out how you do shadows. I'm guessing it's something with a duplicate and the skew tool? That or you just draw them.
